The rubber roller is made of oil-resistant rubber or polyurethane, which has good wear resistance and long service life.

The idler roller is made of nickel-chromium-molybdenum chilled cast iron or sprayed with WC, which has long service life and high surface precision.

There are main scraper cleaning device, auxiliary scraper and scraper tensioning device.

The scraper pressure pneumatic control device is installed to ensure that the pressure at both ends of the scraper is consistent and moderate to avoid damage to the surface of the roller.

Equipped with tooth wheel and feeding magnetic wheel, the positioning is front positioning.The machine is equipped with horizontal and vertical blanks, and adopts a correction mechanism during operation.The phase of the rubber roller can be adjusted through the hand wheel without stopping the machine.

The shaft end of the rubber roller is connected by end teeth, which makes it very convenient to replace the rubber roller.

The oil transfer roller is driven by a separate frequency conversion motor, which can eliminate the splash of paint and achieve the ideal thickness by changing the linear speed of the two rollers.
